ACADEMICS

There are several key steps to becoming a successful real estate agent. The Textbook

We use the best-selling textbook "New York Real Estate For Salespersons" by Marcia Darvin Spada, which covers the NYS curriculum for the required 75-hour real estate salesperson qualifying course.

State Requirement

A real estate salesperson is associated with a real estate broker to list and negotiate the sale or lease of real property for others, for compensation.
